If the order is placed before 11 am, it will leave with the courier in the afternoon. For orders placed after 11 am, the pickup will be scheduled for the next business day.

- For domestic orders, transit times are generally 1-2 working days (for islands it could be up to 3 days). 

- For international orders, transit times are around 4 days.

In any case, when the courier will scan the package at its logistics center (for departure), you will receive an email containing the information for tracking.

Subsequently, two other emails will be delivered: 

1) When the package is in delivery, to notify the passage of the courier

2) When the package has been delivered, in order to allow us to notify any missed deliveries and allow us to act promptly.

If the garment is not to your liking, or is not the correct size you can make the return within 15 days of delivery provided that the garment has never been used and has the original labels.
