Robe di Kappa

Robe di Kappa was founded in Turin in 1968 by Maurizio Vitale, who at the time was the manager of the knitwear company founded by his grandfather in 1916.

Maurizio understood that the youth movements of the late 1960s were about to revolutionize the way we dress.

So he decided to dye green Kappa T-shirts stored in the warehouses of the company remained unsold enriching them with coats of arms and military symbols thus conquering the nascent market of informal clothing.
