After resurrecting the 650 silhouette from the archives in 2021, Aimé Leon Dore reintroduces a new material pack of the model to celebrate the Mulberry Classic basketball tournament held on June 10 on E Houston St. A timeless athletic design features a white leather upper accented with blue and a rubberized rubber sole. Open mesh is introduced on the ankle collar, tongue and the shoe's grey 'N' branding.

In 1906, William J. Riley, a 33-year-old English immigrant, founded the New Balance Arch Support Company in Boston, producing insole arches and other accessories capable of improving the fit of shoes.
