Karhu

Karhu is a brand born in 1916 in Helsinki and today represents the Finnish brand par excellence in terms of sports footwear. The Karhu brand, which in Finnish means "bear", until 1952 was represented by the 3 diagonal stripes, a distinctive sign that in that year was sold to Adidas.

Since then Karhu shoes are marked by a lateral M, initial of the word "Mestari" which in Finnish means "champion". From the nineties begins the development of the whole philosophy of Karhu towards an efficient running, but at the same time points to the entry into the world of lifestyle sneakers with the Fusion models.
