Obey

Shepard Fairey, a young art student, came up with the idea for Obey in 1989 after seeing a graphic of wrestler Andre the Giant. He had no specific objectives in mind other than to experiment and share his ideas, but the sticker quickly became a remarkable media phenomenon, eventually inspiring the establishment of Obey Giant in 2001, a line of skate products run by enthusiastic and enterprising young men.
