Ski Trab TR2, offers a host of features designed for precision and adaptability in ski touring. The TR2 binding is distinguished by a unique heel design that applies downward pressure to improve steering precision and allows skiers to switch from ski to walk mode without removing the binding. It offers a locked-in feel while skiing, thanks to 75 mm wide base plates that improve power transfer to the ski edges. In addition, it features a side toe release to minimise torsion forces on the shin, and fully adjustable release values from 7 to 13 Din. The binding plates are short to allow natural flexing of the ski, contributing to better ski control, and a flatter ramp angle to reduce strain on the quadriceps. For added safety and convenience, there is a leash attachment point at the tip and an included crampon binding for climbing crusts.
